Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 head cauliflower , cut into small florets
1 chopped red onion
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seed
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon salt ( to taste )
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon mango powder
1 tablespoon chopped green coriander
Alu Gobhi, also known as Potatoes and Cauliflower, is a North Indian dish made with potatoes, cauliflower, and a variety of spices. Instructions

1.Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes.
2.Cut cauliflower into small florets and wash them.
3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seed. Wait until they crackle.
4.Add chopped red onion and stir until it becomes translucent.
5.Add crushed ginger and garlic, fry for a minute.
6.Now, add the cut potatoes and fry for 3-5 minutes.
7.Add cauliflower florets and stir-fry for 7-8 minutes or until they are done.
8.Add salt to taste, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and mango powder. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
9.Add chopped green coriander to it and stir for a minute.
