Instructions

1.Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a kadhai and add the powdered almonds.

3.Add 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, and the dissolved saffron to the almond mixture.
4.Cook the mixture over medium heat and stir continuously till it thickens into a halwa consistency.
5.Once the halwa is ready, transfer it to a serving dish and garnish with sliced almonds and dried rose petals.
