PROS

This hearty and flavorful curry is perfect for a cold winter night.

The combination of chicken, potatoes, and savory spices make for a filling and satisfying meal.

Leftovers can be saved for an easy lunch the next day.

CONS

This recipe calls for a lot of curry powder, so the spice level may be too intense for some.

The cream of onion soup adds a lot of sodium to the dish, so those on a low-sodium diet may want to avoid it.

The use of chicken thighs adds more fat to the dish than chicken breasts would.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

Despite the cons, this curry has some health benefits that make it a worthwhile addition to your meal plan.
Chicken is a great source of lean protein, which helps with muscle growth and repair. Potatoes are high in fiber, vitamin C, and potassium, which is important for heart health and blood pressure regulation.
