Ingredients

3 1/2 lbs pork butt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon cumin powder
4 teaspoons white sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/3 cup thick smokey barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
2 garlic cloves ( finely chopped )
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger ( finely chopped )
1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Originated from Goa, India, Goan pulled pork is a fusion of traditional Indian and Portuguese cuisine. Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, black pepper, cumin powder, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, smokey barbecue sauce, yellow mustard, garlic, ginger, white distilled vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika.
2.Rub the spice mixture over the pork butt, and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
3.Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Place the pork in a roasting pan, and cover with foil.
4.Roast for 3-4 hours or until the pork is tender and falls apart easily.
5.Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then shred the pork with a fork.
6.Serve the pulled pork on buns or over rice.
