1/4 cup grams dal ( chana dal )
1/2 cup unsalted Spanish peanuts

Instructions

1.In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and let them pop.

4.Add turmeric powder and red chili powder. Stir to combine.
