Ingredients

1/2 cup long-grain rice or 1/2 cup basmati rice
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon butter or 1/2 teaspoon margarine
1/2 medium onion , sliced into rings
1/3 cup water
1 cup broccoli floret
2 teaspoons tomato paste
salt
pepper ( optional )

Instructions
