Ingredients

1/2 kg pork ( with fat , any portion ) or 1/2 kg chicken piece ( with fat , any portion )
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup native vinegar ( if not available any vinegar , will do )
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/8 cup brown sugar
peppercorn
garlic clove
laurel leaf

Instructions
