2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 piece crushed ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and water until a batter is formed.
2.In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground pork or beef, shrimp, garlic, onion, and ginger until the meat is browned.
3.Add the celery, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, carrots, and bean sprouts to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
4.Stir the raisins into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
5.Take a lumpia wrapper and lay it flat on a clean surface. Scoop a tablespoon of the filling onto the center of the wrapper.
