4 3/4 cups bread flour ( I suggest bread machine flour )
1 tablespoon fast rising yeast ( I suggest for bread machine yeast )

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the lukewarm water, vegetable oil, eggs, salt, and sugar.
2.Slowly add the flour and yeast to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined to form a dough.
3.Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
4.Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
5.After the dough has doubled in size, punch it down and divide it into 24 small balls.
6.Roll each ball in breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7.Cover the rolls and let them rise for 20-30 minutes.
8.Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
