Ingredients

2 cups mochiko sweet rice flour ( glutinous rice flour )
3 cups coconut milk , buy 2 cans
3/4 cup coconut , sport strings ( macapuno )
1 cup brown sugar
oil , for frying
bamboo skewer ( usually four balls onto one skewer ) ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour and coconut milk until smooth.

4.Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the balls until golden brown. Drain excess oil using paper towel.

6.In a saucepan, mix brown sugar and coconut milk. Cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens.
7.Remove from heat. Serve the sweet sugar sauce with the Karioka balls. Enjoy!
