1 cup sweet rice flour ( glutinous rice flour can be used as a substitute )
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 cups cooking oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine sweet rice flour, sweetened flaked coconut, and 3/4 cup coconut milk.

7.Transfer the syrup to a bowl and toss the fried rice balls in the syrup to coat.
