Ingredients

6 egg whites , hard boiled peeled and cut lengthwise
3/4 cup hummus , any flavour
parsley
paprika
slivered almonds
red pepper flakes

Instructions

1.Arrange the halved egg whites on a plate, cut side up.
2.Add a dollop of hummus to each egg white half.
3.Sprinkle with chopped parsley, slivered almonds, and red pepper flakes.
4.Finish with a dusting of paprika.
5.Serve chilled.

PROS

Using hummus instead of mayonnaise in deviled eggs makes them healthier and more flavorful.
