Instructions

4.Using a spoon, drop the batter into the hot oil, forming small fritters.
5.Fry each fritter until golden brown on each side, approximately 3-4 minutes.
6.Once done, transfer the fritters to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil. Serve hot with a wedge of lemon (optional).
