1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

6.Cut the French bread into 6-inch lengths and slice them horizontally.
7.Scoop out the insides of each piece of bread, and add a layer of hoisin sauce to each side.
8.Scoop the beef mixture into each piece of bread and spread it out evenly.
9.Dip each sandwich in the beaten egg, making sure to coat it well.
10.Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
