1 can apple pie filling
6 flour tortillas
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
2.Spoon apple filling evenly onto each tortilla and sprinkle cinnamon over the filling.
3.Roll tortillas up and place seam-side down in an 8-inch (20cm) square pan
4.In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine margarine, white sugar, brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly then reduce heat and let simmer for 3 minutes
5.Pour this mixture over the enchiladas, making sure to cover them completely. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon over the top of the enchiladas.
6.Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
