Ingredients

1 cup green bean jelly
30 g agar
40 g red and white prepared tapioca , jelly
100 ml thick coconut milk , cooled
2 cups sugar or 60 ml molasses , cooled
ice cube
3 cups water
1 cup vanilla
Suong Sa Hot Luu is a popular drink in Vietnam and is often enjoyed on hot summer days. The drink is made with a combination of coloured tapioca pearls, green bean jelly, and agar. Instructions

1.Soak green bean jelly for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes strain and discard water.
2.Cut agar into small pieces and mix with 1 cup of vanilla water and 2 cups of plain water.
3.Use a food colour to dye tapioca jelly into two colours, mix with 1/2 cup of sugar or 15 ml of molasses.
4.Boil 2 cups of water with 1 1/2 cup of sugar or 45 ml molasses, once done, add the green bean jelly and agar mixture to the pot.
5.After the mixture has been added, let it rest.
6.Once rested, stir in the coconut cream. Add ice and serve with coloured tapioca jelly.
