Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower
3 tablespoons fish sauce

salt , as needed
3 green onions , cut into 1 inch lengths
2 -3 tablespoons minced cilantro
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil ( optional )
This Vietnamese-inspired cauliflower dish is a tasty and easy vegetarian meal that's packed with flavor. The cauliflower is stir-fried until slightly golden brown and then coated in a delicious fish sauce mixture that's tangy, savory, and slightly sweet. Instructions

1.Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
2.Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 15-20 seconds, or until fragrant.
3.Add the cauliflower florets to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until they are slightly golden brown.
4.In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, water, sugar, and ground black pepper.
5.Pour the fish sauce mixture over the cauliflower and stir well to coat the florets.
6.Add salt to taste, if needed.
7.Stir in the green onions and cilantro and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
8.Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame seed oil, if desired. Serve hot with steamed rice.
