Ingredients

2 packages lumpia skins , each package has 30 wrappers ( found in oriental grocery stores or common in military commisaries )
2 1/2 lbs 93 % lean ground beef
1 cup finely shreded celery
1 cup finely shredded potato
1 cup finely shredded carrot
1 garlic cloves or 1 tablespoon minced garlic
cooking oil ( for Frying )
1/2 cup egg white
salt ( optional )

Instructions
