Ingredients

6 garlic cloves , finely chopped
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons palm sugar
2 tablespoons chinese rice wine
1 spring onion , finely chopped
1 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons peanut oil
750 g rump steak , cut into 1 inch cubes

Instructions

3.Let the beef marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

5.Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes or until browned and tender to your liking.
6.Serve hot with rice or noodles.
