3 potatoes , diced
salt and pepper
1 pinch cinnamon
1 large onion , diced
4 tablespoons oil
3 cups canola oil ( for frying )

Instructions

1.Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a large non-stick pan.
2.Add the diced onion and fry until it turns golden brown.
3.Throw in the ground beef and continue to stir until it starts to crumble and cook through.
4.Add diced potatoes, cinnamon, salt and pepper, stir to combine and then cover with a lid.
5.Let it cook for 20 minutes on medium heat or until the potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.
6.In a separate deep frying pan, heat the canola oil for frying.
7.Fry the coated potatoes until golden brown, then remove from the oil and transfer to a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
8.Serve the Patata Wa Lahmi with the fried potatoes on the side. Enjoy!
