2 ounces deep red unsprayed rose petals
9 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon citric acid

Instructions

1.Wash the rose petals in cold running water and drain the excess water.

5.Serve chilled with ice cubes and a sprig of mint, if desired.
