1 lb lamb , for stew
1 teaspoon salt
1 medium onion
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
5 ounces ground lamb
2 eggs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup blanched almond
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

3.Add the onion to the pot and sauté until it is translucent. Return the lamb to the pot and add the cabbage. Season with salt, coriander, black pepper, caraway seeds, and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
4.Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Uncover the pot and stir in the ground lamb. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5.While the lamb is cooking, mix the eggs, breadcrumbs, almond, coriander, black pepper, and caraway seeds in a medium bowl until well combined.
6.Form the lamb mixture into small balls, about the size of golf balls. Roll the balls in the breadcrumb mixture to coat them.
7.Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the balls to the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
