Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.In a food processor, combine the scallions, garlic, sweet onion, chickpeas, tahini, eggs, carrot, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until the mixture is coarsely pureed.
3.Pour the breadcrumbs onto a plate. Using a 1/2-cup measure, form the mixture into 6 patties. Coat the patties in bread crumbs and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
