1 cup soya flour
salt
1/2 teaspoon wild celery seed ( ajwain ) ( optional )
boiling water , as required

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl add soya flour, salt, and wild celery seed (ajwain).
2.Mix well, and slowly start adding boiling water while stirring. Continuously add water until the mixture forms a dough.
3.Knead the dough for around 5-8 minutes and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
4.Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them out.
5.Cook each portion on a hot non-stick tawa, until both sides are cooked.
6.Serve with your favourite curry or dish.
