2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons ground marjoram
1/2 teaspoon whole dried marjoram
2 teaspoons dried oregano

2 tablespoons ground thyme
1 teaspoon whole dried thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons salt , about
Mock Za'atar is a Middle Eastern spice blend that can be used as a dip along with bread or vegetables. It's perfect for snacking or it can be used as a seasoning on meat, vegetables, and salads. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.Toast sesame seeds in a skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned.
3.Mix sesame seeds, sumac or lemon zest, basil, marjoram, oregano, savory, thyme and salt together in a bowl.
4.Spread a thin layer of the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
5.Bake in preheated oven for about 8-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
6.Allow to cool completely before serving.

PROS
