400 ml milk , full cream
50 g almond powder
2 teaspoons rose water
1 pinch salt

Instructions

1.In a saucepan, combine powdered basmati rice, almond powder, and sugar. Then, add milk slowly and whisk well.
2.Put the saucepan on medium heat and stir continuously until it thickens. Add rose water and salt, and whisk well until thick and creamy.
3.Pour it into the serving glass and chill for 1 to 2 hours in the fridge. Once chilled, garnish with some almond shavings and serve.
