2 cups vermicelli , fine variety
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons ghee
1 cup dried fruits or 1 cup nuts ( almonds blanched , cashewnuts broken into small pieces , pistachios chopped )
1/2 cup water

Instructions
