1/2 cup rose water
pistachios , crushed
almonds , crushed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Sholeh-Zard is a sweet rice pudding that is popular in Iran and other Middle Eastern countries. Instructions

1.Rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear, then drain.
2.In a large pot, add 2 liters of water, rice, and saffron, and bring to a boil over high heat. Continue cooking until the rice has softened.
3.Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Then, mix in rose water and cinnamon.
4.Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking until the mixture has thickened and reduced in volume.
5.Transfer the mixture to serving bowls and decorate with crushed pistachios and almonds.
