1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts , cut into chunks
3 garlic cloves , minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon baharat , spice
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup Greek yogurt ( plain )
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
12 -15 bamboo skewers , soaked
2 garlic cloves , crushed
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 lemon , juice of
salt & pepper , to taste

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, baharat, tomato paste, Greek yogurt, kosher salt and black pepper together
2.Marinate chicken chunks with the mixed ingredients for at least an hour or overnight in the fridge.
3.Soak bamboo skewers for half an hour.
4.Thread chicken onto skewers, alternating with more minced garlic
5.Preheat the grill over medium heat.
6.Mix vegetable oil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper together
7.Brush the chicken skewers with the mixed ingredients.
8.Grill chicken kabobs for 10-12 minutes on each side or until cooked through and no pink color remain.
9.Serve the food immediately
