1 tablespoon fine salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 liters lukewarm water

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar, then add the dry yeast, start mixing slowly.
2.Slowly pour in warm water while continuing to mix until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
3.Leave the dough in the bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for about 2 hours.
4.Preheat a heavy skillet over low heat.
5.Wipe the skillet with a paper towel, then pour a ladle of the dough into the skillet and spread it evenly.
6.Cover the skillet with the lid for about 2 minutes, then remove the lid and let the bread cook for another 2 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
7.Using a spatula, flip the bread over and cook for an additional 2 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
8.Remove the bread from the skillet and repeat the process for the remaining dough.
