Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan with ghee.
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground almonds, sugar, light honey, and cardamom.
3.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until they’re lightly frothy. Add the eggs to the almond mixture and mix well.
4.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the surface with a spatula. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and firm to the touch.
5.Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
6.Dust the top of the cake with powdered sugar just before serving.
