1 link kielbasa ( Polish ) sausage , cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 clove garlic , minced
1 1/2 tablespoons salsa
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 pinch cumin
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 flour tortillas
1/2 cup slightly crushed tortilla chips
1 tablespoon softened butter

Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the kielbasa sausage and garlic, and cook until lightly browned.

7.Cut each quesadilla into half and serve immediately.
