1/2 kg boneless chicken

1 chopped bell pepper

2 -3 pita bread or 2 -3 dinner rolls
4 cheese slices
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix boneless chicken, salt, black pepper, soya sauce, mustard paste, vinegar and chopped garlic to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2.In a pan, heat cooking oil and add the marinated chicken. Fry for 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked.
3.Add chopped bell pepper, onion and chopped tomato. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
4.In a separate bowl, mix chopped cucumber, lettuce leaves, salt, pepper and vinegar.
5.Mix ketchup, vinegar, sugar and salt in a small bowl.
6.Warm pitas or dinner rolls in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
7.Assemble the sandwich by spreading the ketchup mixture on the bread, adding a cheese slice, then chicken and vegetable mixture, followed by lettuce salad. Fold the bread into a sandwich and enjoy!
