2 onions , thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic , finely chopped

Instructions

1.Rinse the spinach thoroughly and remove any hard stems
2.Boil water in a large pan, add spinach and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender

4.In a frying pan, sauté the onions until caramelized. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes
5.Add spinach, salt, and pepper. Mix well and sauté for another 5 minutes
6.Mix the cooked spinach, onions, and garlic with yogurt in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7.Serve chilled with Pita bread or crackers
