1 liter vanilla ice cream
100 g heavy double cream
2 tablespoons rose water
pistachios ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, add the vanilla ice cream and leave outside for 10 minutes to soften.
2.In another bowl, whisk the double cream until the soft peaks form.
3.Gradually fold in the whipped cream into the soft and creamy vanilla ice cream.
4.Add in two tablespoons of rose water and fold the mixture until it is well combined.
5.Transfer the mixture to a container and place it in the freezer for six hours or overnight.
6.Garnish with some chopped pistachios (optional) before serving.
