1 jalapenos ( or cayenne ) or 1 any hot pepper , chopped ( or cayenne )
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
salt ( be careful because the beans and tomato paste may be salted already )
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
water ( for cooking )

Instructions
