2/3 - 1 lb roast beef , thinly sliced
30 spinach leaves or 2 cups alfalfa sprouts ( or some of each )
4 medium tomatoes , thinly sliced

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, horseradish, salt, pepper, and milk until smooth.

4.Roll up the lavash bread tightly, tucking in the ends as you roll.
5.Cut each rolled up lavash into 4 pieces and secure each with a toothpick if desired.
