1 garlic clove , minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 dash sesame oil ( if ya have it )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, sea salt, powdered ginger, powdered lemon grass (optional), ground coriander, red chili pepper flakes, crushed white peppercorns, orange zest, sweet soy sauce, minced fresh ginger, minced garlic clove, vegetable oil, and sesame oil.
3.Marinate chicken halves in the mixture for at least 2 hours.
4.Transfer chicken and marinade to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, basting occasionally with the marinade.
