Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
3/4 cup oil
2 medium tomatoes ( chopped )
1 1/2 medium onions ( sliced )
2 cups basmati rice ( soaked in water for half an hour )
1 1/2 teaspoons salt ( for rice )
2 eggs ( boiled & sliced )
2 eggs ( for omelet )
1 cup lettuce ( sliced )
