Ingredients

1/4 cup salad oil

2 hot red chili peppers , sliced
3 tablespoons fresh coriander , chopped
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 lbs beef sirloin , cut into 1-inch cubes
bamboo skewers , soaked for 1/2 hour in cold water so they do n't burn or metal skewer
2/3 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark molasses
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

1.In a blender, combine salad oil, lemon juice, 1/4 cup soy sauce, garlic cloves, onion chunks, red chili peppers, fresh coriander, roasted peanuts, sesame oil, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and pepper.
2.Pulse for a few seconds until mixture is smooth.
3.In a large bowl, mix beef cubes with the marinade and let sit for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
4.Thread beef onto skewers.
5.Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil grates.
6.In a small bowl, combine 2/3 cup soy sauce, dark molasses, and 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
7.Grill beef skewers for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness, basting with soy sauce mixture frequently.
