300 g cauliflower
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
150 g carrots
700 ml water , to boil
1 large onion
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons curry powder
200 g chicken breasts

Instructions

1.Puree the cauliflower and carrots in a food processor until smooth.
2.In a large saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant then add in the chicken breasts and stir-fry until brown.
3.Add the curry powder into the pan and sauté for another minute.
4.Boil the water and add in the puree along with salt and pepper and stir well.
5.Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the puree thickens.
6.Place a ladle-ful of the mixture into a heated frying pan and spread it out into a pancake shape. Cook until brown on both sides and repeat with the remaining mixture.
