2 tablespoons salt
2 stalks lemongrass

Instructions

1.Clean and wash the chicken, then boil it in a pot with 1500 ml of water until cooked.

4.Heat the cooking oil in a pot, then fry the spices until fragrant.

6.Pour the chicken broth into the pot and bring it to a boil.
7.Add the bean sprouts and celery to the pot, then cook for 2-3 minutes.
8.Serve the soup hot with slices of hard boiled eggs and a squeeze of lemon juice.
