Instructions

1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4.Add pinto beans, black beans, corn, and brown rice. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5.Add remaining chili powder, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix well and cook for another minute.
6.Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet.
7.Place a spoonful of the mixture on each tortilla, roll up, and serve.
