1 teaspoon ginger , minced
1 teaspoon toasted cumin seed
1 teaspoon turmeric
3 dried red chilies
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup yogurt
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons cilantro , chopped for garnish

Instructions
