Ingredients

1/2 cabbage

1 tablespoon oil
1 onion , large , yellow , finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger , fresh , finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper , Sichuan ground
10 mint leaves
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.Wash and chop celery, cabbage, spinach and green onion.
2.In a pan, heat oil and sauté onion and ginger for 2-3 minutes.
3.Add chopped vegetables to the pan.
4.Add paprika, pepper and salt to the pan, stir well.
5.Cook vegetables for about 5-6 minutes until tender.
6.Add soy sauce and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
7.Remove from heat and stir in chopped mint leaves.
8.Fill the prepared vegetable momo filling into momo wrappers as desired and steam for 10-12 minutes.
