1 tablespoon hot chili paste
1 teaspoon ground szechuan peppercorns ( timur )
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
3 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons oil
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix shallots, cumin powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, chili paste, szechuan peppercorns, turmeric, molasses, oil, salt, and black pepper together.
2.Add the sliced lamb to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
3.Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
4.Spread the lamb slices in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and lightly browned.
