Instructions

1.In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over high heat.

3.Add chicken strips and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
4.Add broccoli florets and red pepper pieces and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5.In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons of finely grated fresh ginger, 1 teaspoon of hot chili paste, and 2/3 cup of coconut milk. Whisk together.
6.Add the prepared sauce to the skillet and toss everything together until coated.
7.Add 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Stir to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot over rice.
