Instructions

6.Add the lemongrass and ginger slices.
7.Let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
8.Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
9.Remove the tuna steaks from the marinade and place on the grill.
10.Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
11.Serve hot.
