Instructions

4.In a mixing bowl, whip chilled heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
5.Transfer the cooked rice to the pot with the coconut milk mixture, stir until thoroughly combined and cook for 10-15 more minutes until the pudding thickens.
6.Remove from heat and let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving with diced mango on top. Enjoy!
