1 1/2 medjool dates
1/4 cup water
3 cups sliced baby bok choy
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup grated daikon radish
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
2 green onions , sliced

Instructions

1.Drain and rinse kelp noodles and set aside.
